Return & Refund Policy

LIFEGEN PULSE LLC, doing business as LifeGen Peptides (“LifeGen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), sells research chemicals whose integrity depends on controlled storage and handling. Once a product leaves our custody, we cannot verify how it has been stored and cannot resell it.

1. All Sales Are Final

All orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or products no longer needed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost to you. To qualify, you must:

• Contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier
• Email support@lifegenpeptides.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, its labeling, and the shipping packaging
• Retain the product and all packaging until your claim is resolved

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved claims are replaced within 5 business days of approval.

3. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows your package as lost, or it has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments are replaced.

We are not responsible for packages that tracking shows as delivered, or for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge any time before shipment. Email support@lifegenpeptides.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We resolve the large majority of issues quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution and may result in suspension of your account.
