All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, for any reason, once an order has been placed.

This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to: damaged packaging, shipping delays, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with a product.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

All products sold by LifeGen Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption. Because we cannot verify the storage, handling, or condition of any product once it has left our facility, we are unable to accept returned product back into inventory under any circumstances, for safety and integrity reasons.

Order Accuracy Is the Buyer’s Responsibility

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product listing, quantity, and shipping address, and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once submitted, regardless of shipping status.
